FAQ

GladiatorJoe Inc. (Also known as Gladiator Joe) reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay current with any changes made to said documentation. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions here 

 



Payment Methods 


Gladiator Joe offers payment method through Credit card and PayPal.

During checkout, you will be offered to pay via PayPal.

If you wish to pay through CreditCard or PayPal, select the PayPal option, and you can either sign into your PayPal account, or simply enter your Billing and Shipping information on their website to proceed with the order.


Order Processing 


Order processing takes 3-4 business days, which does not include shipping time. If an order is placed on a Friday after 6:00pm EST, the order will be processed then shipped on the following week.

Once processing is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been processed.



Shipping Locations 


GladiatorJoe Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. Territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands). Additionally, GladiatorJoe Inc. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and to other international locations.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. GladiatorJoe Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. 


Shipping Method Options 


GladiatorJoe Inc. offers standard shipping applicable to the recipient's location.

As of December 2015, we have implemented a new shipping method via USPS (however FedEx is used for certain locations). 

Both USPS and FedEx may take a few days to update tracking numbers in their system even once an order has shipped and is en route. Once a package arrives and leaves a major FedEx sorting facility, your tracking number should be made available to you.

If you wish to upgrade shipping for your order, you will need to do the following:

If you choose to place the order yourself you will need to enter all of your order information and upon checkout, select PRINT AND CALL as your PAYMENT METHOD. Then, email us with your request and your Invoice number so that we can manually adjust your order for the upgraded shipping cost.

Once this step is complete, we will send you
an electronic invoice for the cost of your order and the cost for upgraded shipping according to the cost of the carrier, if you would like to know before hand, email us for a quote.


Shipping timeframe 


Order shipment frequency can vary depending on volume. As of December 2015, we usually ship every 3-4 days a week. This keep costs low and in turn, passes the savings onto you. 

Shipping generally takes 2-3 days, this does NOT include order processing time, nor does it apply to weekends or Holidays.
 


Return Policy 


You have 30 days from the delivery date* to return an order or product that is covered by our Warranty Policy (See Warranty Policy Here). Please read through our policies below to answer any questions beforehand, however if you have any additional questions, we will be happy to assist you. All you need to do is e-mail info@gladiatorjoe.com or call our Customer Service Telephone Number 954 271 6612 and we will be glad to help. 

  • We accept returns on items in new or unused condition** with a copy of Invoice included. 

  • All items upon return are inspected to ensure it meets our warranty.

  • Refunds will be issued through GladiatorJoe Inc.'s payment processor electronically.

  • Delivery charges are not refunded, this includes return shipping. Customs and Brokerage fees are not refunded.

  • If you return a partial order, we will only refund you for the returned items.

Items not covered under warranty (See Warranty under Terms and Conditions for detailed outline here):

  • Items which have been damaged or modified or altered, beyond manufacturer defect

  • Items that are obviously used

  • Special orders made to customer specifications (custom product)

  • Products modified as per customer requests (resizing, engravings, etc)

  • Items returned after 45 days may not be accepted for return and you will be responsible for shipping fees for items shipped back to you.

*The delivery date refers to the date the item is received by the customer from GladiatorJoe Inc.

**Without scratches, marks or damage, and no alteration or resizing of the item (see Warranty for detailed outline)



Return Procedure 


If you have installed your product according to the product's instructions and specifications (most available through the GladiatorJoe Inc. website under the product's page) and it fails under normal circumstances as prescribed by GladiatorJoe Inc., your product is most likely covered by our warranty (See Warranty under Terms and Conditions for detailed outline here). You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your product(s) if they are covered by our Return policy, please see the following steps:

  1. Email info@gladiatorjoe.com or call our Customer Service Telephone Number 954 271 6612 with your Billing information and Invoice number readily available to request a return.

  2. Include a copy of your invoice inside of a return package along with your product(s).

  3. It is your choice which carrier you choose to have your package returned to GladiatorJoe Inc. 

  4. It is your responsibility to properly package, ship and insure your item(s) for return.

  5. GladiatorJoe Inc. is not responsible for any returns that are lost during transit.

  6. Choose a shipping method with tracking and also with insurance in case a claim is needed if a package is lost by the carrier.

  7. Be sure to contact us via email at info@gladiatorjoe.com or call our Customer Service Telephone Number 954 271 6612 to provide the return tracking number for your return so that we know when to expect your package, and to facilitate your refund

  8. Note that we do Not refund shipping costs.

Product Information and NAFTA Agreement 

All Gladiator Joe products are manufactured within Canada and are made with CANADIAN OR USA STEEL unlike competitors that outsource manufacturing and material. Items that are shipped to the USA come under NAFTA Agreement and therefore do not incur duties or taxes.
